Our Black Angus burgers are freshly ground and crafted in our own butcher shop and available in 3 different sizes: S, M & XL. Nebraska Prime Black Angus USA
Our Angus burgers come from Nebraska Prime, sourced from North American Black Angus cattle and processed in our own butcher shop. According to many, this is the crème de la crème of beef. Beef the way beef is meant to be: natural and without artificial additives. Farmers raising purebred Black Angus USA cattle follow the guidelines of ‘Non Hormone Treated Cattle’, guaranteeing that the animals are never given hormones, preventive antibiotics, or animal by-products. These USA Black Angus cattle graze on vast open pastures and are raised entirely naturally on grass, herbs, and everything nature has to offer. It takes time, but the result speaks for itself.
