You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Perishable goods (e.g., meat) that can spoil during the reflection period are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Returning meat is generally not possible unless prior arrangements have been made with The Butchery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement via an unambiguous statement (e.g., by email at info@butchery.nl or by phone at 085-0408044).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reflection Period

- The statutory reflection period is a minimum of 14 days. This period starts the day after the consumer has received all items from the order.

- During the reflection period, the consumer can inform you without giving any reason that they wish to cancel the purchase. This cancellation must be communicated unambiguously to the seller within the period.

- The consumer must have the opportunity to return the products within the reflection period along with a statement of their wish to withdraw. Alternatively, the consumer may notify you of their withdrawal first and then has an additional 14 days to return the items.

- Upon receiving a withdrawal notification, you must confirm receipt (e.g., by email).

European Withdrawal Form
- Consumers must be informed of the existence of the European Standard Withdrawal Form and provided a direct link to this form.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs, this must be clearly stated: \"The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.\"
- If free returns are offered, the process must be clearly explained.

Refund Timeline
- You must refund the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification. You may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or the consumer provides proof of return.
- Refunds must include all costs, including any delivery and transaction fees, and must use the same payment method as the original transaction unless the consumer agrees otherwise.
