Leen Menken handles the delivery of business orders for The Butchery. This highly reliable courier service delivers packages using freezer transport. With Leen Menken, we deliver from Tuesday to Friday in three different time slots:

> 09:00 - 17:00
> 08:00 - 14:00
> 12:00 - 18:00

Leen Menken Track & Trace

The evening before delivery, you will receive a Track & Trace link with an estimated delivery time. If no one is home, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to the neighbors. If that is not possible, you will be contacted by phone, and the package will be redelivered in consultation.

Deep-Freeze / Shockfrozen

The Butchery goes beyond your regular butcher. By offering shockfrozen products, we can sell the most exclusive breeds, such as LIVAR, Black Angus USA, Iberico, Rubia Gallega, and Simmentaler. Our meat is frozen at extremely low temperatures within half an hour after preparation. This process, called shockfrozen, preserves flavor, texture, and nutritional value perfectly. It doesn\u2019t get any fresher!

In our business portal, you will find special B2B prices with discounts and exclusive VAT. Combined with these fixed discounts, we offer shipping starting from \u20ac300, and free shipping for orders above \u20ac500. 

Delivery Times The Butchery

Orders placed before 14:00 will be delivered the next business day. We deliver from Tuesday to Friday with our courier Leen Menken and offer the following time slots for NL: 

> 09:00 - 17:00
> 08:00 - 14:00
> 12:00 - 18:00

Pick-Up
Additionally, you can pick up your order at The Butchery, located at Badweg 4 in Meppel [behind Basic Fit]. Pick-ups are available Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 15:00. 

Would you like to receive your order at a different time? During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery time to ensure someone is home.

Return and Refund Policy 

For the purchase of non-perishable goods, you have a 14-day period to cancel the agreement without giving any reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product, and the order amount will be refunded. However, this does not apply to perishable goods such as meat. Returning meat is generally not possible unless discussed with The Butchery in advance.
