SATAY OUTSIDE SKIRT BLACK ANGUS USA
This satay of Black Angus outside skirt from the United States is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The meat is pre-cut and skewered, so you can start cooking right away. WHAT IS OUTSIDE SKIRT?
The outside skirt is a long, flat cut taken from the diaphragm of the beef. It has a coarser grain and is slightly firmer than cuts like ribeye, but it is full of flavor.
