Rumpsteak

Just like all our other steaks, the rump steak is meticulously prepared by our Master Butchers. Upon arrival, the steaks are expertly portioned and carefully trimmed, so there’s nothing left for you to remove before tossing it into the pan or onto the BBQ! After portioning, each steak is vacuum-sealed and frozen in a special way. This process is called flash-freezing.
