A 100% certified USA Black Angus burger: as far as we are concerned, the real American deal among burgers. An Angus burger is wonderfully tender and juicy, partly thanks to the beautiful marbling of this amazing breed of beef. The Black Angus burger is of course ground in our own butcher shop and made into burgers in 3 different sizes: S, M & XL. Something for everyone, especially with the matching burger buns. The enthusiasts know what to do with that. Great on the BBQ, but also delicious in the pan.
Nebraska Prime from Black Angus USA
Our Angus burger comes from Nebraska Prime, sourced from North American Black Angus cattle and processed in our own butcher shop. According to many, the crème de la crème when it comes to beef. Beef the way beef was meant to be: natural and without artificial additives. Purebred Black Angus USA farmers follow the guidelines of 'Non Hormone Treated Caddle'; a guarantee that the animals are not administered hormones, preventive antibiotics or animal raw materials. The USA Black Angus cattle graze on extensive meadows and are therefore raised completely naturally with grass, herbs and everything nature has to offer. Takes some time, but then you have something.

There is Black Angus and Black Angus and there can be a world of difference. Nebraska Prime is purebred, naturally raised and carefully selected for quality. You can taste that good life, but also very important is the traditional way in which our Master Butchers have processed this beautiful meat into burgers. There is a perfect meat-fat ratio and the burgers are seasoned according to our own recipes. So one of a kind and it really doesn't get any better.

Would you like to try Butchery's Black Angus burgers? At The Butchery, the burgers are freshly ground, seasoned, made into artisan burgers, vacuum packed and frozen within the hour the same day. They call it shock freezing. It doesn't get much fresher. We then ship the burgers with dry ice, so that you receive the Black Angus burgers frozen. So they can go straight back into the freezer, where the burgers can be kept for at least six months. So you always have meat of the very best quality in the freezer.
So. Want to order Black Angus burgers online? If you order before 11am, you will receive them the same evening. But you can also order in advance, because you choose the delivery day yourself. We really can't make it much easier. Not fresher either.
