Op de kamado 150 graden tot ongeveer 57 graden kern.
Daarna ff afgegrild.
10 minuten laten rusten....en tja....geweldig genoten!

Heerlijk! Short ribs bevatten en lekker ''kruidig/aardig'' achtig smaakje die zeker goed terecht komt bij deze aus wagyu variant. lekker om langzaam te garen, maar je kan ze ook vlinderen en als steak bakken.

Super vlees, maar ik vind het jammer dat jullie bij zulke goede short ribs alleen maar praten over low en slow. Net als nick hier boven al zegt, zulke goede short ribs zijn perfect om te grillen. Idd niet te rare, maar iets boven de 50 graden en ze zijn perfect. Short ribs van het eenvoudige rund, kun je idd alleen low en slow doen. Maar zo gemarmerd kun je ze perfect grillen, net als met sukade.

Boterzacht en heerlijk mals. Ideaal voor een reverse sear. Het vlees is medium (54-57 graden C) op z'n lekkerst, rare is af te raden ivm de marmering van het vlees.
