Houd er wel rekening mee dat kroketten gevuld met kaas en lobster wat sneller geneigd zijn te knappen, omdat deze meer vocht bevatten. Houd je kroketten dus goed in de gaten!
Frituur: 8 minuten op 175 graden. Laat daarna 2 minuten rusten voor een krokant korstje!
Oven: Verwarm de heteluchtoven voor op 220°C. Plaats de bevroren kroketten op een ovenroosten en gebruik geen bakpapier of ovenschaal voor het beste bakresultaat. Bak de kroketten in 14 minuten af (afhankelijk van de oven kan de bereidingstijd variëren, check even tussendoor op kleur). Haal de kroketten uit de oven en laat ze nog minimaal 2 minuten rusten voor het krokante korstje.
Airfryer: verwarm de airfryer voor op 195°C. Bak de kroketten af in 11 minuten. Laat daarna 2 minuten rusten voor een krokant korstje!
BBQ: Verwarm de BBQ tot een indirecte hitte van 200°C. Leg de kroketten op een rooster (niet direct boven het vuur, dus gebruik een steen of skillet) en bak de kroketten in 11 tot 15 minuten af. Check tussendoor en draai indien nodig een keertje. Laat 2 minuten rusten voor een krokant korstje!
