WHY PORK TENDERLOIN ON A SKEWER?

Pork tenderloin is the most tender cut of pork, valued for its fine texture and subtle flavour. Because this muscle is hardly ever used, the meat remains exceptionally soft and juicy. On a skewer, pork tenderloin really shines: evenly cooked, slightly caramelised on the outside and full of flavour on the inside. Combined with a well-balanced seasoning, it creates a satay that everyone will love.

These pigs grow up in a calm environment with plenty of space, natural feed and the attentive care of the monks.
