Chuck Roast is also called Chuck Eye Roast and is a roast from the part between the rib eye and the beef neck. It is comparable to procureur with the pig. Chuck Roast is beautifully marbled and is ideal for a low & slow preparation. Beautiful stew, but also perfect meat for making pulled beef. And from USA Black Angus it's absolutely a taste bomb!

This Chuck Roast comes from certified USA Black Angus. Our Angus Beef comes from the American state of Kansas. Here, the purebred cattle graze for more than two years on the most extensive meadows (larger than we could ever imagine). The animals grow up carefree and after about two years move to a spacious feedlot, where they are put on a 100% natural grain diet. Nowadays a lot is sold as 'Angus beef', but pure-bred American Black Angus meat is in a class of its own! You taste the good life.
