Culinary Jus Red wine

Ambachtekijk pulled gravy with red wine, homemade by our chef Ruben Meijboom. Delicious with steaks and roasts.

The gravy is fully prepared and only needs to be heated up!

Heat up the gravy in 3 simple steps:

1. Place the gravy in the refrigerator to thaw a day in advance. 

2. Hold the packaging above a saucepan, puncture the end with a sharp knife, and squeeze out the contents.

3. Heat the gravy over low heat, stirring continuously until it boils and is smooth.

(Alternatively, you can heat the gravy with the pan juices from the meat.)

Runderbouillon, rode wijn (sulfiet) ui, selderij, wortel, knoflook [plantaardig vet (palm, kokos), tomatenpuree, maltodextrine, raapzaadolie, zout, maiszetmeel, peper.
