Livar sausage with spinach-pear salad and baked potato
LIVAR Sausage with Spinach-Pear Salad and Blue Cheese Potato
Oh my. Let’s get fancy. Fancy with sausage. LIVAR sausage, to be precise. And honestly, it’s super simple. You’ll be done in about half an hour. It’s all about using the right ingredients… A great recipe when you want to serve something truly different.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Whisk together the cream and blue cheese until fully combined.
- Cut two small caps off the wider sides of the potato so it can stand upright. Hollow out the top with a spoon to create a space for the cream-blue cheese mixture.
- Fill the potato with the cream-blue cheese mixture.
- Bake the potato for 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 160°C (320°F).
- Meanwhile, gently pan-fry the LIVAR sausages for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Peel the pears and dice them into approximately 1 cm cubes. Briefly sauté them in a large pan.
- Add the spinach to the pan and stir-fry briefly, keeping the spinach fresh and crisp.
- Plate the spinach and pear mixture, place a potato on top, and arrange slices of LIVAR sausage around it.
ENJOY!
