SMOKE SAUSAGE FROM LIVAR PIG

The basis for this smoked sausage is the meat of the Livar pig, a breed that grows up on small-scale farms in Limburg. These pigs roam freely and are given time to grow in peace. The welfare of the animals is central, which you can taste in the meat: full, juicy, and with a distinct character.
