With our Cedar Grilling Plank, you can take your skills as a chef to the next level. Place your ingredients on the (water-soaked) plank on the grill of your Big Green Egg and the moisture creates a smoky effect. You can choose from cedarwood or alderwood Grilling Planks, each with its own flavour accent.

The unique cooking method using a Cedar Grilling Plank originates from Native Americans. However, this long-standing tradition has now also been discovered in the rest of the world. And it is no wonder, as this technique gives grilling a whole new dimension. It goes without saying that our Grilling Planks are made from sustainable wood.
