You’ve probably guessed it: a mini hamburger is a smaller version of a regular hamburger. Except for the Rubia Gallega mini hamburger, all our mini burgers are crafted in-house. It’s an artisanal process where the seasoning is perfectly balanced, especially for food pairing. With so many flavors in our regular burger range, our mini burgers couldn’t be left behind. That’s why we’ve started offering mini burgers in flavors like cheddar/jalapeno and Old Amsterdam/mustard.

The natural Black Angus mini burgers are included in our gourmet packages, but you can always add more flavored options!

Mini Burgers Delivered Quick-Frozen

When you order mini burgers online from The Butchery, they are delivered quick-frozen. Keep this in mind when planning your order, as they will need time to thaw before use. Alternatively, you can store them directly in the freezer for later. For the best results, let the burgers thaw in the fridge a day before cooking. This slow thawing process preserves their quality.

Immediately after production, the mini burgers are vacuum-sealed per portion (4 or 10 pieces). The packaging is labeled, and the burgers are frozen using a special technique at extremely low temperatures. This method minimizes quality loss and preserves the nutritional value, flavor, and texture. For transport, your order is packed in an insulated bag inside a box with dry ice. Handle with care when unpacking!

Curious about how the meat stays frozen during delivery? As mentioned above, we take great care to freeze your meat optimally. For delivery, we work with two couriers. Trunkrs handles evening deliveries, picking up packages at 11 AM and delivering them from 5 PM onwards. For daytime deliveries, we collaborate with Leen Menken, who specializes in conditioned transport with temperature monitoring. With both options, you can trust your order will arrive frozen.
