We regularly have chicken thigh roulade at home. It’s a nice, manageable size and comes out of the oven wonderfully juicy. Chicken roulade is delicious as it is, but made with chicken thigh it’s even juicier. Highly recommended!

CHICKEN THIGH ROLLER
A chicken roulade made from chicken thigh, knotted by our butchers. The roulade comes from the Dutch free-range chicken with a better life. It is a nice, handy size and can also be used very well in the everyday kitchen. Put it in the oven and you're done!
WHAT IS A CHICKEN THIGH ROLL?
Chicken thigh roulade is seasoned and rolled up chicken thigh, which is then knotted by our butchers. Chicken thigh comes from the upper part of the chicken leg, just below the body. The meat is slightly darker than chicken fillet and has a richer taste. Chicken thigh is slightly fattier than chicken fillet, making the meat slightly juicier and more tender. You can grill it or prepare it slowly, but you can also make a chicken roulade from it, as in this case!

Our chicken thighs come from chickens that have been raised with great care and attention. The chickens live on a 100% plant-based diet, are free of antibiotics and can roam in peace with plenty of space.
