This multifunctional round drip pan can be used, among other things, on the convEGGtor underneath the grid to catch fat and released moisture, with or without a layer of water to create higher humidity inside the EGG. You can also place a chicken roaster in this pan. The cooking juices will then not end up on the convEGGtor or the charcoal. Aluminium pan with a non-stick coating, resistant to temperatures up to 232ºC
