The Forged Sebra 3-piece knife set includes a chef's knife, a chopping ax and a universal knife. These knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. Each Forged knife undergoes a traditional forging process by hand, which gives each copy its unique properties. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees.
