All other caviars are fishy and salty in the aftertaste, but Black Pearl Caviar is nutty and creamy, which we think fits best with a steak tartare or other appetizer.
The size of the pearl is slightly larger (2-3.5mm) so it presents beautifully on your appetizer. The color is deep dark brown to dark olive green.
