There are different types of caviar, but there is only 1 that combines best with meat, our Black Pearl selection.
All other caviars are fishy and salty in the aftertaste, but Black Pearl Caviar is nutty and creamy, which we think fits best with a steak tartare or other appetizer.
The size of the pearl is slightly larger (2-3.5mm) so it presents beautifully on your appetizer. The color is deep dark brown to dark olive green.
