Pork loin roast Livar

Pork loin roast Livar

Meat in one piece; I love it. Just that little bit more special to serve, yet not too fatty, making it perfect for weekday cooking too. Just make sure to keep the Pork loin roast Livar slightly pink. Unless you like dry meat, then by all means cook it right through :-) Personally, I prefer it well seasoned or with a homemade marinade, such as a mustard marinade.

What is Pork loin roast Livar?

Pork loin roast Livar is the boned back of the pig, a lean cut of meat with a layer of fat on the outside, which helps keep the meat beautifully juicy. Pork loin roast Livar has a fairly neutral flavour, making it perfect for marinades or spice blends. A delicious cut of meat with a fine grain, not too fatty and – when properly cooked – still wonderfully juicy!

How do you cook a whole Pork loin roast Livar?
Everything is easier with a meat thermometer. In fact, it can hardly go wrong. Definitely worth having at home, especially if you enjoy roasting large cuts of meat!
  • Take the Pork loin roast Livar out of the fridge 1 hour before putting it in the oven, allowing it to come to room temperature
  • Preheat the oven to 160 °C
  • Rub the Pork loin roast Livar with olive oil and season to taste, then place it in the preheated oven. You can of course marinate it too, but I would do that the night before!
  • Cook slowly until it reaches a core temperature of 60 °C (measure using a meat thermometer). Allow at least 50 minutes for this!
ENJOY!
