You choose your preferred delivery day, and you can even select between daytime or evening delivery. Convenient — you’ll always be able to pick the perfect moment to receive your frozen meat package!
When you spend €125 or more, we’ll ship your order completely free of charge! For sustainability reasons — and due to the high costs of frozen delivery — we apply a minimum order value of €40. Of course, you’re always welcome to pick up your order in-store, regardless of the amount.

When you buy fresh meat and put it in your home freezer, the quality declines. Not because the meat is frozen, but because it freezes too slowly. During that process, large ice crystals form that damage the cell walls of the muscle tissue. And those cells are exactly what keep the moisture inside the meat. After all, you want a juicy steak.
Due to unnecessary environmental impact and the high costs of shipping small frozen parcels, we maintain a minimum order amount of €40. Of course, you’re always welcome to pick up your order, regardless of the order value.
Shipping Costs For orders between €40 and €100, shipping costs are €8.95. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
Gift Cards You can always order both physical and digital gift cards. If you’re not ordering at least €40 worth of products, please place the gift card in a separate order so we can ship it under €40.

This cut comes from the chuck, just below the shoulder of the cow. It is a muscle that does very little work, which makes it wonderfully tender. I [Jeremy] love adding bold flavors to my dishes, so we start with a simple marinade. Prepare it a day in advance so the flavors can really soak into the meat.
Preparing marinated Denver steak skewers
Finely chop the garlic and mix all ingredients into a marinade
Marinate the steaks for at least 8 hours. Crucial for a flavor explosion!
Preheat your BBQ or pan. I am using a Shichirin, a small Japanese grill that cooks close to the coals and adds tons of flavor
Cut the steak into equal pieces, uneven pieces will cook unevenly
Thread the steak onto skewers and place on the BBQ. Be careful, this cooks quickly so stay close
The skewers only need about 2 minutes per side. I finish with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onion, but feel free to get creative
Serve hot, hot, hot with a refreshing Asian beer
