Like the round drip pan, the Rectangular Drip Pan is a multifunctional aluminium drip tray with a non-stick coating. Thanks to its dimensions of 35 x 26 cm, this model can also be used as a roasting tin and combines perfectly with the Ribs and Roasting Rack. By placing this in the Drip Pan, fat and moisture released during cooking will not end up on the convEGGtor or the charcoal. This aluminium Drip Pan can withstand temperatures of up to 232ºC
