Bert-Jan Lantinga, a third-generation Master Butcher, started with a dream: a butchery without borders. This is the domain of Master Sausage Maker Henri van Heerde. Together with his team, he works with absolute passion on our own unique recipes every single day. Our smoked sausages, for example, are still smoked in our own smokehouses over real wood. No artificial liquid smoke from a bottle—just pure, natural flavor.

We have specially developed a 4-layer vacuum foil for our packaging. The specialized nylon layer makes the packaging exceptionally puncture-resistant, ensuring that sharp bones or edges do not pierce the vacuum seal. Additionally, the foil completely seals the meat from oxygen, preventing dehydration and perfectly preserving both flavor and freshness. Good to know: the material is heat-resistant, making it suitable for sous-vide cooking, and an integrated UV filter prevents discoloration caused by light.
