Croquette dutch shrimps

A croquette sandwich is always a good idea. The local beef comes from regional beef from Drenthe and Overijssel and is always good.
Or how about delicious shrimp croquettes with truffle mayonnaise as a tasty snack. But the rendang and sambal chicken flavors are also more than worth it!

The croquette can be prepared in the oven, air fryer or even the BBQ! How ideal?
Keep in mind that croquettes filled with cheese and lobster are more likely to burst because they contain more moisture. So keep a close eye on your croquettes!
Fry:8 minutes at 175 degrees. Then let it rest for 2 minutes for a crispy crust!
Oven: Preheat the convection oven to 220°C. Place the frozen croquettes on an oven rack and do not use baking paper or an oven dish for the best baking result. Bake the croquettes for 14 minutes (depending on the oven, the preparation time may vary, check the color in between). Remove the croquettes from the oven and let them rest for at least 2 minutes for the crispy crust.
Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 195°C. Bake the croquettes for 11 minutes. Then let it rest for 2 minutes for a crispy crust!
BBQ: Heat the BBQ to an indirect heat of 200°C. Place the croquettes on a rack (not directly over the fire, so use a stone or skillet) and bake the croquettes for 11 to 15 minutes. Check in between and rotate if necessary. Let rest for 2 minutes for a crispy crust!
