Chicken roulade is seasoned rolled meat, in this case free-range chicken thigh. This chicken roulade comes from the Polderhoen, or Dutch free-range chicken with a better life. It is a nice, handy size and does not need to be 'kept' for special occasions. Chicken roulade works well in the everyday kitchen. Put it in the oven and you're done!
