Mother’s Day Gift

On Father’s Day, the big juicy steaks take center stage, but Mother’s Day tends to be all about breakfast in bed. Also delicious, of course — but why not both? After all, everyone knows the way to the heart is through the stomach. So why not seize the opportunity to go all out, culinary-style?

Alongside the beloved Mother’s Day breakfasts, we’re seeing a growing trend: Mother’s Day dinners. And rightly so! A special dinner lets you go as all-out as you want — and moms truly appreciate that extra bit of effort.

That’s why we’ve put together a beautiful Mother’s Day package this year. Not your thing? No worries — we’ve also crafted a lovely menu you’ll find further down. And don’t forget to check out this week’s special offers. After all, we’ve got plenty of Mother’s Day favorites on sale!

Mother’s Day Package

No flowers or perfume this year. Surprise your mom with something she’ll really love: a beautiful cut of meat. Our Mother’s Day Package is perfect for a cozy dinner together. Whether you’re with two, four, or six — you bring the company, we’ll take care of the dinner. All you have to do is cook!

On the menu: paper-thin carpaccio from Blonde d’Aquitaine, fresh white baguette with creamy Toscana herb butter, and for the main course, a tender Aberdeen Angus tournedos served with our signature thyme gravy. Pure indulgence, no fuss.

Pour a good glass of wine, put mom in the spotlight, and light those candles. This will be a night to remember.

Available for 2, 4, or 6 people.

Two Ways to Serve Carpaccio

Our Mother’s Day package includes beautiful Blonde d’Aquitaine carpaccio — paper-thin, all-natural. But now it’s your turn. Because love goes through the stomach — and a truly good carpaccio isn’t something you just throw on a plate.

In this video, Chef Ruben shows you two ways to serve it: classic or with a creative twist. Will you go traditional with arugula, Parmesan, and truffle mayo? Or opt for the ‘carpaccio dome’ — a real showstopper filled with creamy burrata and fresh herbs?

Whichever style you choose, it’s all about balance: tender beef, a touch of acidity, a bit of crunch, and a creamy element. Ruben walks you through each step to turn a simple plate of meat into a refined starter that’s sure to impress.

So: queue up the video, grab a few fresh ingredients, and make it special. If you’re going to cook for your mom, you might as well do it right.

Watch the video and choose your style — classic or creative? You’re the chef.

Mother’s Day Dinner Menu

Starter

Of course, you can keep it simple and serve the carpaccio from the video above — guaranteed to earn you points! But if you’d rather save your effort for the main course, consider starting with a Wagyu amuse-bouche and cassava. It’s a great way to get acquainted with Japanese Wagyu: incredibly rich and luxurious meat. You don’t need to serve an entire steak to experience Wagyu (though you absolutely can) — a small amuse is the perfect introduction to this extraordinary cut.

Is Wagyu a bit too indulgent? Then how about steak tartare made with diamond fillet, served with brioche, tarragon mayo, cornichons, Amsterdam onions, and shallots? Sounds amazing, right? Check out our diamond fillet here.

Intermediate Course

When you’re cooking your own dinner, you can go as elaborate or as simple as you like! Feel free to add an extra course — or skip the intermediate one altogether. How about Pulled Beef Gyoza, for instance? Sure, this recipe takes a bit of effort and is totally optional. But then again, a little effort goes a long way — and maybe you can spend Saturday in the kitchen with the kids. Because WOW, these gyoza are seriously delicious!

A foolproof intermediate course is a homemade soup. And no, you don’t have to make it entirely from scratch. Our chefs have been busy putting together a beautifully varied selection online. You’re bound to find something you’ll love!

Main Course

We could talk for hours about all the different main course options for Mother’s Day — we’ve got an incredible range of recipes online that are guaranteed to make any mom happy. Here are just a few ideas, but if nothing jumps out at you, be sure to browse all our recipes!

Ladysteak. It may be an obvious choice, but one of our bestsellers is still the classic tournedos. And if you like a bit of spice, we’ve got just the recipe for you: Tournedos in sambal gravy. Not a fan of spicy food? No worries — just leave out the sambal and you’ve still got a beautiful, flavorful sauce.

Ladyburger. A burger is always a good idea. While social media may be full of towering, over-the-top burgers for the guys, we like to keep it a little more refined with our ladyburger. Perfect for smaller appetites, we offer mini brioche burger buns and lighter burgers (100g instead of the usual 140g).

Dessert & Bonus Treat

A true showstopper: a rich chocolate brownie paired with shabu shabu pork belly — the ultimate in food pairing! The sweetness of chocolate and the savory flavor of pork belly… we love it. We’re big fans of combining flavors — variety is the spice of life, right? And trust us, this combo is much less wild than it sounds — the flavors are completely in harmony.

Another golden combo: strawberries with meringue and whipped cream, served in a festive glass. Top it with a mint leaf for garnish and you’re done. Why make things complicated when simple can be this good? This one’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, so you can focus your energy on the rest of the menu.

cocktail lover — a little bonus treat! Despite the name, there’s no actual martini in an espresso martini. This Spanish favorite is made with coffee liqueur, vodka, espresso, and ice. For one cocktail, try: 30 ml of coffee liqueur (like Tia Maria or Licor 43), 30 ml of vodka, one strong espresso, and two ice cubes. Blend until a creamy foam forms on top. Pour into a martini glass and, for a pro finish, top with three coffee beans. Honestly? We never end a dinner without this beauty.

Of course, this menu is just here to inspire. Taste is personal — if it’s not your thing, no problem. We’ve got plenty more recipes online to help you build your perfect dinner.
