- Orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered the following evening between 17:00 and 22:30.
Daytime Delivery by Chill Bill
- Orders placed before 14:00 will be delivered the next day between 08:00 and 18:00.

If you won’t be home or prefer to receive your order on a different day, you can easily select an alternative delivery date using the calendar in the checkout process. In addition to choosing the delivery day, you can also select your preferred delivery time: evening or daytime.

Due to sustainability considerations and the high costs of frozen delivery, we charge a delivery fee of €12.95 for orders under €50.
For orders between €50 and €100, the delivery fee is €8.95.*

Minimum Order Amount
Due to unnecessary environmental impact and the high costs of shipping small frozen parcels, we maintain a minimum order amount of €40. Of course, you’re always welcome to pick up your order, regardless of the order value.
Shipping Costs
For orders between €40 and €100, shipping costs are €8.95.
For orders over €100, shipping is free.
Gift Cards
You can always order both physical and digital gift cards. If you’re not ordering at least €40 worth of products, please place the gift card in a separate order so we can ship it under €40.

Tournedos
Perhaps one of the most well-known steaks: the tournedos, also known as tenderloin steak or filet mignon. Each tenderloin is expertly handled by our Master Butcher to create the perfect tournedos. Premium-selected meat from the finest cattle breeds is carefully cut and double-trimmed into flawless steaks. The meat is then individually vacuum-packed and frozen within the hour. This process is called flash-freezing, ensuring optimal freshness and quality.
