Our fresh sausage is made in our own sausage factory by our Master Sausage Makers Henri van Heerde and Ronald Petter. You can taste the craftsmanship... You won't find such a whole fresh sausage on the supermarket shelves!
How to fry curry fresh sausage?
A fresh sausage requires a bit of love when frying. If you fry it too hard, there’s a chance the casing might burst. Take your time – about 15 minutes – use enough butter, and don’t fry it on too high heat.
