The burgers, aged for 21 days, are beautifully marbled and have that characteristic spicy 'Rubia Gallega flavour'. Beautiful red in color, super tasty and wonderfully soft meat. Rubia Gallega is known for the high level of intramuscular fat, or fat between the muscles. This fat distributes beautifully and ensures buttery soft meat. Rubia Gallega burgers are in a class of their own.

A clear characteristic of Rubia Gallega is the beautiful marbling, or in other words: the presence of intramuscular fat. This fat between the muscles ensures buttery soft meat. In Gallicia it is also customary to only slaughter cattle after two to seven years, which further matures the taste of the meat. The animals live a free life in which they benefit from natural food such as grass, tubers and herbs. You can taste that origin. Rubia Gallega beef has a slightly spicy taste. Quick Preparation Method for Hamburgers

Grilling/Frying: 4 minutes for medium-rare [including flipping] in oil, butter, or ghee
Sous Vide: 1 hour at 52°C, then finish on the grill
