It’s a craft, ensuring the perfect balance of spices, especially for food pairing, where spices are carefully measured against the additional ingredients. With so many different flavors in our ‘regular’ burger range, our mini burgers couldn’t be left behind. That’s why we’ve started adding mini hamburgers in flavors like cheddar/jalapeno and Old Amsterdam/mustard.

This incredible breed has fantastic marbling, making the burgers tender and juicy. We grind the beef from specific cuts in-house, season it carefully, and shape the burgers into approximately 40-gram patties. The Black Angus mini burger comes in various flavors, including Classic, Old Amsterdam & mustard, and cheddar & jalapeno. Perfect for a burger tasting or gourmet meal. The natural Black Angus mini burgers are already included in our gourmet package, but you can easily add more flavored options. After all, you can never have too many burgers during gourmet cooking.

Mini Burgers Delivered Quick-Frozen

When you order mini burgers online from The Butchery, they are delivered quick-frozen. Keep this in mind when ordering, as they’ll need time to thaw upon arrival. Alternatively, you can store them directly in your freezer for later use. For the best results, thaw the burgers in the refrigerator the day before you plan to cook them. This slow thawing process preserves their quality.

Immediately after production, the mini burgers are vacuum-packed per portion (4 or 10 burgers). A product label is added to the packaging, and the burgers are then frozen using a special technique. This process involves freezing the meat at very low temperatures quickly, minimizing quality loss while retaining nutritional value, flavor, and texture. For transport, the order is packed in an insulated bag inside a box with dry ice. Handle with care when unpacking!

Buying Gourmet Hamburgers Online?

Buying gourmet hamburgers online is ideal! You can choose your favorite burgers and add other items like a gourmet platter or gourmet sausages to your cart. Shipping is free for orders over 60 euros, which is a nice bonus. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery day and time (daytime or evening), and we’ll ensure it’s delivered as scheduled.

You might wonder how the meat is delivered frozen to your home. As mentioned above, we take great care to freeze your meat optimally. To ensure it remains frozen until delivery, we work with two couriers. Trunkrs handles our evening deliveries. Orders picked up by Trunkrs at 11 AM are already on the way for delivery by 5 PM. These packages have a relatively short transit time. For transport, we pack your order in a cardboard box with an insulated bag and dry ice to guarantee it stays frozen upon arrival.

We also work with Leen Menken, a courier specializing in conditioned transport for daytime deliveries. They conduct regular quality checks on temperature. With both delivery options, you can trust that your order will arrive frozen.
