Culinary Jus Bock beer

Artisanal barley gravy with Bock beer, homemade by our chef Ruben Meijboom. Delicious with steaks and roasts.

The gravy is already ready-made, so it just needs to be heated up!

Heat up gravy in 3 steps:

1. Place the gravy in the refrigerator a day in advance to thaw. 

2. Hold the packaging over a saucepan, puncture the end with a sharp knife and squeeze the knhoud

3. Heat the gravy over low heat, stirring, until the gravy boils and is smooth.

(Heating can of course also be done using the cooking fat of the meat.)

Ingredients

Runderbouillon, bockbier, ui, selderij, wortel, knoflook [plantaardig vet (palm, kokos), tomatenpuree, maltodextrine, raapzaadolie, zout, maiszetmeel, peper.
