What Is a Brioche Bun?

The brioche bun originates from Normandy and is known as a luxurious Sunday roll. Luxurious? Yes, it’s not quite like a regular white roll; it’s somewhere between cake and bread. Sounds fancy, right? This French bread has been around for many years. Brioche buns are sturdy and flavorful, making them ideal for burgers.

How Do You Heat a Burger Bun?

You can heat burger buns in several ways. First, let them thaw properly by removing them from the freezer and placing them in the fridge, ideally the day before. No matter how you heat the bun, always slice it in half first. Then toast it on the grill, BBQ, or in a preheated oven (cut side down). Be careful not to over-toast them.
