Kalbi short ribs // Korean Style
Kalbi short ribs, Galbi, Flanken Style, Korean Style ribs or Assado de Tiro: it all sounds better than sawn ribs. Because that's what they are. Perfect for a hot & easy preparation on the barbecue and with a nice Korean or Japanese marinade you don't know what you will taste. Nice and crispy on the outside, still pink on the inside and due to the quick preparation, it can be eaten very differently than regular short ribs. Definitely worth a try.
