Every Big Green Egg chef has his own style. With the original Wood Chips you give all your dishes a characteristic smoky taste. Mix the (soaked) wood chips with your charcoal or sprinkle a handful of Wood Chips over the charcoal. Or do both: that's a matter of taste. The Wood Chips are suitable for short smoking preparations. A bag of Wood Chips has a capacity of 2.9 liters.
