The Forged Olive knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with an impressive hardness of 58 Rockwell. Each Forged knife undergoes a traditional forging process by hand, which makes each copy unique. These knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. They are delivered in a luxurious wooden box.
