Forged Sebra Chef's Knife

The Forged Sebra knives are made from Japanese 410C steel with an impressive hardness of 58 Rockwell. Each Forged knife is forged manually, which gives each copy its unique character. These knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. They are delivered in an elegant wooden box.
