The Keij Pro is made of high-quality reinforced cordierite ceramic that is twice fired at approximately 1,200°C. This makes this kamado resistant to extremely high temperatures. The powder-coated steel base is particularly stable. The cast iron daisy disc and ventilation grille allow you to effortlessly regulate the temperature, allowing you to prepare fantastic BBQ dishes.
