Chicken thigh fillet is gaining more and more ground and we completely understand that. The meat comes from the upper part of the leg and contains more fat than chicken fillet. It is also a bit darker in color. Chicken thigh fillet is undeniably more tender than chicken fillet and also contains more flavor. The meat is therefore also fattier. Both very tasty. Just depends on what you plan to do with it!
