WHAT MAKES THE LIVAR BREED SPECIAL?
The LIVAR pig is raised in Limburg on farms where the animals have space to roam and are fed locally grown grain. This method of farming results in meat with a calm development and a distinctive flavour. LIVAR pork carries a three-star animal welfare rating from the Dutch Society for the Protection of Animals.
