Super Quick Macaroni di Napoli

It’s a no-brainer—The Man With The Pan’s herbs are just that good. Plus, they’re 100% natural with no artificial additives, allergens, or MSG. Nice not having to worry about that, right? Seriously, this can’t go wrong, tastes amazing, and comes together in no time!

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions and preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). We list shell pasta in the ingredients, which you can just toss in your shopping cart, but of course, you can just as easily use elbow macaroni or penne. Whatever you like or happen to have at home. Same goes for the other ingredients. The official recipe calls for 'only' 300 grams of ground beef, but we like to go generous with 500 grams. Your call. You can add all ingredients to your cart at once or shop individually—or just raid your own pantry.

Finely chop the onions and sauté them in olive oil in a frying pan. Then add the ground beef and cook until crumbly. Next, add the herb mix with a splash of water if needed. Keep stirring and meanwhile add the cream and peeled tomatoes. Mash the tomatoes with a fork and let it simmer for a few minutes before mixing with the cooked macaroni. Transfer everything to a baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top, finish with cherry tomatoes and optionally some fresh basil, and pop the dish in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Easy peasy and truly a winner! Enjoy...
