Garlic bread stuffed with ground beef

Super quick, super simple and super tasty. The perfect side dish to serve with soup on a Sunday afternoon. Or as a snack during Formula 1, a football match or any other sports on TV. You’ll definitely find a good moment for this! Robert from @vurigekolen made it super quickly using frozen garlic bread. And let’s be honest, for many it’s a guilty pleasure. We totally get that. Especially when you upgrade it with ground beef. Let’s go!

Preparation stuffed garlic bread 

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the garlic bread packaging.
Mix the ground beef with the barbecue seasoning. Cut the baguettes slightly further open, but not all the way through, so there is space to fill them. Press the raw beef mixture into the slits of the bread.

Place the filled baguettes on a baking tray and bake in the oven until the outside is golden brown and crispy and the beef is fully cooked.

Just before serving, drizzle a little barbecue sauce over the bread and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

And if you really want to go all out, you can of course add some cheddar on top to taste.
