Keep in mind that croquettes filled with cheese or lobster are more likely to break, as they contain more moisture. So keep a close eye on them!
Deep fryer: 8 minutes at 175°C. Let rest for 2 minutes for a crispy crust!
Oven: Preheat the convection oven to 220°C. Place the frozen croquettes on an oven rack — do not use baking paper or a tray for best results. Bake for 14 minutes (baking time may vary depending on the oven, so check for color halfway through). Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 2 minutes for that perfect crispy crust.
Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 195°C. Bake for 11 minutes. Then let rest for 2 minutes for a crispy crust!
BBQ: Preheat the BBQ to an indirect heat of 200°C. Place the croquettes on a grill rack (not directly over the fire — use a stone or skillet) and cook for 11 to 15 minutes. Check and turn if needed. Let rest for 2 minutes for a crispy crust!
