Then, a mushroom mix of porcini and champignons, known as duxelles, is spread over a layer of Parma ham. The tenderloin is then wrapped in the Parma ham and duxelles layer. Finally, the wrapped package is tightly covered with puff pastry, which is then decorated. This process results in a rich, complex, and luxurious flavor profile.
