Who doesn't know him? The well-known slavink is popular in Dutch cuisine... and for good reason! A slavink is a roll of minced meat wrapped in lean smoked bacon, just really tasty.

How to Cook a Slavink?

Heat butter in a pan and sear the slavink over high heat until browned all around. Be careful not to burn the bacon. Then, lower the heat and cook the slavink for 15 minutes until fully done.
