How do you fry bacon without rind?

The advantage of seasoned bacon without rind is of course that you no longer have to season the bacon. Perfectly seasoned by our butchers with passion! 

Fry the bacon over high heat in a generous amount of butter until nicely browned on both sides. Then lower the heat and fry the bacon slices alternately for another 7 to 10 minutes. Exactly how long depends of course on the thickness of your bacon slices.
