What are bacon with rind?

The origin of brightly colored LIVAR pigs lies at Lilbosch Abbey in Echt, Limburg. There, the animals are lovingly cared for by monks and the pigs can root and roll in the mud in the monastery gardens and are fed freshly grown Limburg grains. You can taste that good life.

How to Cook Pork Belly Slices?

Season the pork belly slices with pepper and salt, or with pork belly seasoning. Brown the pork belly slices on both sides in a generous amount of butter over high heat. Then, lower the heat and cook the pork belly slices for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
