Culinary gravy is a concentrated stock used to finish dishes. In this version, black truffle adds a subtle, earthy flavor that is instantly recognizable. The gravy works well with classic dishes and also adds extra richness to simpler preparations.

Heat up gravy in 3 steps:
1. Place the gravy in the refrigerator a day in advance to thaw.
2. Hold the packaging over a saucepan, puncture the end with a sharp knife and squeeze the knhoud
3. Heat the gravy over low heat, stirring, until the gravy boils and is smooth.
(Heating can of course also be done using the cooking fat of the meat.)
